The popular opinion of most people is that playing blackjack on-line gives you more of an advantage.
The game is played, in the same way as in any casino, with you playing a dealer and trying to reach 21 without going bust. The rules are the same and the strategies and odds are the same.

The more you know, the better equipped you are to win. Relying on blind luck won’t change just because you are playing a computer.
