Learning the rules to any new game you play is a very important factor and everyone should start there. Baccarat is by far one of, if not the easiest, casino card games anyone can play. Baccarat rules are easy to follow and simple to understand but should still be learnt by every new player.
The game starts by the player making an initial bet. This can be made on the player winning, the baccarat banker winning or a tie game. The banker will deal two cards each and the game begins. The idea is to get a score of nine or as close to it as possible. If either the player or the baccarat banker is dealt a natural nine with the first two cards, no other cards will be dealt and the game is over.
If neither the baccarat player nor the banker receives a natural nine, more cards will be dealt to establish the highest score. If the player is dealt an eight and the banker has between zero and two, the banker will draw one more card and vice versa.
The baccarat bets are very easy to understand and this is the beauty of the game. There can be many games played in any one session, which makes the pace quite fast. This explains part of the appeal of the game.
