Video Poker is a very popular game at the online casinos and William Hill has some very good versions of the game such as Aces and Faces. There is also Deuces Wild and Jacks or Better while the Mega Jacks game is linked to the progressive jackpots.

Mega Jacks was the game I chose to play first as I like a shot at wining big. The layout of the screen was excellent and I liked the rich blue colour of the game. The screen was free from any unnecessary clutter such as advertising. The sound effects were good and I found that the games were very easy to play and had a nice flow to it. The total was huge and was rising well over the 100,000 pound mark. This added to the excitement of the game and I built up a very nice rhythm while playing.

I decided to check out the other versions and chose to play Aces and Faces. The layout once again was excellent and it appeared not too dissimilar to the other video poker games. The sound effects and colours were top quality and very easy on the eye.

I had more luck at this game and I found myself winning well. I enjoyed the game of Hi–Lo after each win and I built up a nice pot during the evening.

Conclusion

Although I started with the jackpots I found the game of Aces and Faces to be more relaxing and a lot more comfortable to play. Maybe it was because I was winning or because my heart had settled down as I wasn’t watching rising totals but I found video poker to be a very enjoyable experience and one that I look forward to repeating in the future.
