Blackjack is an old favorite for me in casinos, both real and virtual. I was looking forward to seeing what Rushmore Casino had to offer me. The tables are linked from the home page on the website or, if you have the software open, you go to the main casino floor page and Blackjack is listed.

When I opened the game I was immediately struck by the clear and crisp appearance of the table and cards. Everything was laid out in a no nonsense manner, making it very easy to locate anything specific I was looking for.

With nine different tables to choose from I could select the game that I wanted and also was able to jump from table to table each having different style of play.

Quickly I became engrossed in the game. Blackjack 21 was my first choice to play and the screen opened to a very realistic table. I particularly like the effects with the leather and felt, which gave real depth and texture.

Chips were located to the bottom right of the screen and I had a minimum bet of $1. Playing a few games let me see just how much effort and time had gone into the design of the program and I found I was really absorbed by the play.

I then went on to try a few of the other Blackjack options such as traditional, Super 21 and European. The games all had a similar really high standard of play and functionality. Rushmore casino also offers instant play games which do not need you to have the software installed on your computer. This option is great if you want to access a game and you are away from your normal home computer (don’t tell the boss!). The game was really quick to load taking just a few seconds. Although it is not the standard of graphic quality as the software, I found them fun and faultless!
