Playing Roulette at Betfair
The Roulette tables with Betfair are once again extremely fast to load, this really is instant access they are providing. The designers with Betfair had a very specific goal in mind in designing these tables, the goal to load quickly and with the least amount of fuss, and they certainly achieve it.
When I first select Roulette I am given the option of three different tables all with differing bet limits. The table opens and is a crisp sharp image of a blue roulette table. Again there is a very basic layout with my chips stacked to the bottom left, table limits and rules as a role-over box in the top center of the table, the main menu to choose another game in the top left corner, balance and bet details in the bottom right and across the bottom is an information bar.
I play a few games and am satisfied with the clear and confident voice of the dealer announcing the winning numbers and bets. The sounds are simple but effective and I really don’t find anything lacking at all in my game experience by not having loads of extra effects.
The basics are here and that lets me focus on the game. Looking around the casino I find there are several options on games with Common Draw Roulette, European Roulette, Pinball Roulette as well as the traditional game on offer.
I sign into the other tables and find the same basic layout. One criticism would be that they all look the same with the blue table. Betfair might consider changing the table colours to distinguish between the games. With this being my only criticism it is minor and it really does not detract in any way from the actual spin and play at all. Betfair have some good solid tables here that you really feel at home in and can get settled into the play really quickly!
