When i clicked on the Blackjack option of Betfair i was astounded at how quickly i was able to load and play the game. Within seconds I was offered a choice of three tables depending on my betting minimum.

Once I had selected the table I wanted it took just another 5 seconds to load onto my screen and I was ready to play.

Jumping between the three games let me see that there is a uniform table for all of them. It is clear that Betfair had decided that ease and speed of access was more important to a player than wasting time waiting for unnecessary graphics and glitz to be added.

A good choice in my opinion as the table appears uncluttered and sharp. The female dealers voice is clear and I had absolutely no problems in getting started. Already I was finding Betfair Blackjack a refreshing change.

There are several different game options for Blackjack including European Blackjack and Lucky 7 Blackjack, all of which have a very similar format to the screen.

The screen is re-sizable, which is a great feature, and it clearly displays your balance and wager on the bottom left. There is a quick access menu on the top left which also has settings to adjust for graphics and sound. An information bar across the bottom of the screen displays the information that is opened when I move my pointer over the table.

To bet I simply click on the chip I want to place and then click onto the card position to deposit it. When playing multiple hands, a clear pointer appears that indicates the hand that is in play.

After playing a couple of games I knew all the table and could foresee no moments of panic where I would not be able to find buttons I was looking for. Betfair has created a straight to the point game that is for professionals that are playing for love of the game rather than glitzy graphics and design!
